1. Controller and contact
The controller is 45.378.881 RAFAEL SEABRA SANTOS GIANNELLA, Brazilian company registration 45.378.881/0001-17. For privacy requests, contact [email protected]. This Policy covers the public site, accounts, projects, reports, support, and plan purchases.
2. Data we process
We process registration and authentication information (name, email, protected credentials, two factor status), billing and subscription records (plan, credits, payment status, amounts and identifiers), usage and security data (sessions, IP address, device and technical events), and support messages. You may provide project profiles and images, documents for extraction, reference games, report settings, ratings, and report links. Public game data and player reviews may be included in the catalog and reports; quotations can contain information made public by their authors.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use data to provide and secure accounts, authenticate users, deliver the contracted service, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, meet legal duties, and respond to rights requests. Depending on the operation, grounds may include contract performance, legal obligation, exercise of rights, legitimate interests assessed against your rights, or specific consent when required.
Project context, reviews, and feedback also help us improve AI response quality and the platform by reviewing errors and usefulness, refining prompts and workflows, and producing aggregate metrics. We do not sell your project or make it available to other users. Acceptance does not give unrestricted permission to train third party models on confidential project content.
4. AI and other processors
For requested reports, translations, document summaries, or project changes, necessary project context, extracted text, game data, selected reviews, and service instructions may be sent to an AI provider. Hosting, database, email, and payment providers receive only information needed for their roles. Some providers may process information outside Brazil; we apply appropriate technical and contractual protections where relevant. We do not sell personal data, projects, or reports to third parties.
5. Payments and messages
The payment provider processes card and billing details in its own environment. We receive confirmation, plan, amount, and identifiers needed to manage access and records. The email service uses the address, name, and content needed for invitations, password recovery, confirmations, and operational messages.
6. Sharing a report
Reports are private by default. If you create a public link, anyone with that link can read the included content until revocation. Revocation stops new access through our platform, but cannot retrieve copies already made by others.
7. Cookies
We use necessary cookies or similar storage for sessions, authentication, security, language choice, continuity, and previously selected games in search. The game preference cookie lasts up to 180 days. You can manage them in your browser, but blocking essential storage may prevent sign in. Any future nonessential advertising or analytics cookies will require separate information and controls.
8. Security and retention
We use account access controls, authentication, optional two factor verification, protected transport, component separation, security logs, and restricted administrative access. You should also protect your credentials. We keep account, project, and report data as needed to provide the service, and longer when legal duties, fraud prevention, audits, or legal claims require it. Financial records follow statutory periods. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where legally permitted. PDF uploads to fill a project profile are intended for temporary processing; saved extracted content may remain. Technical backups may take additional time to reflect deletion while remaining access controlled.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, restriction or deletion, portability where applicable, information on sharing, review of solely automated decisions in legal cases, and withdrawal of consent where consent applies. You may complain to Brazil's ANPD. Email [email protected]; we may verify your identity to protect the account and will respond within legal limits.
10. Children and changes
The service is intended for game development professionals and organizations, not for registration by children. If we identify a child's data supplied without an adequate basis, we will take appropriate measures. We will communicate material changes to this Policy and seek renewed consent or acknowledgment where legally required. Current version: 2026-10-01.
